A recent donation of property in Snohomish is enabling us to establish a fifth location on Bonneville Avenue. The land is being prepped, and we are getting ready to draft plans. We will keep you posted on the progress here.
A Model Worth Sharing
Having reached our initial goal of building 100 affordable housing units in our community, we know that the unique path we’ve taken to create affordable housing is a successful model worth sharing with other communities. We are currently working with a team of community leaders in Everett, WA to launch this model in this neighboring community. We’d love to work with your team to help expand options for affordable housing in your community.
Getting started? Critical components to our model are: identifying interested community leaders with relevant skills and talents; procuring an affordable building lot; raising the initial capital via donations; and locating a good lending partner.
